Had a lovely time at the Santa lunch! The food was great and every staff member I spoke to was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The kids disco was fun with so many great party games and special shout out to Jingles who was the loveliest! I will be back if it returns next year!

it was brilliant. panto was very good. cast were very funny . and the pre panto balloons tying by the elf kept the children amused .
we stayed at the hotel. Again it was warm clean with it's usual high standard of helpful friendly staff. thanks Leonardo

I thought that the panto itself and the actors were tremendous....hats off to them, they did a brilliant show, just like they did last year too. However I think that the buffet should finish once the panto starts as people were getting up and down all through the show, and I think to show the actors some respect there has to be NO children sitting on the floor in front of the front seats, as some of the kids were about 4ft into the little space that the actors had to act.

Horrendous hotel management not enough food and terrible attitude. Staff hiding behind tables eating buffet food when there wasn’t enough for guests. Hotel management team seemed to be extras from Faulty towers could care about the guest experience. Totally spoiled panto.
Panto show was in a shoe string budget but tried hard.
