We enjoyed our stay at the queen’s hotel. Parking was excellent, it’s in a great location and the Prosecco in the room was lovely. Would definitely stay again

There were a few minor hiccups but the lovely staff dealt with them immediately . We had a lovely time . Our room was very clean and comfortable . The breakfast in the morning was good. The only very minor complaint was that the tables were not cleared quickly so had to sit down at table with dirty dishes but it was cleared and reset once we sat down . The waiting staff were pleasant and very accommodating.

Really nice room which included a bottle of Prosecco & breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Excellent position for shopping as right in the city centre with loads of nice restaurants & bars nearby too. Free car park. Would definitely return.

Had a large room, very clean. Location is very handy for V&A, Discovery etc, also for a lot of good eateries.
Breakfast was very good and staff were brilliant.
Decor is a little dated, it's an old historic building.
