- Tasteless food (soups, pizza, pasta)
- Wrong bill - charged for extras.
- 10% tip automatically added to bill, despite only two of us eating.

Food was good staff were not very pleasant we were held up due to no fault of our own called to let them know staff were not very friendly on arrival saying we were late don’t think we can do voucher deal. Not very professional about the situation

Enjoyed our visit but was kept waiting while they washed the floors I believe their cleaner hadn’t turned up but would’ve liked a bit better customer service.

We’ve visited Osteria many times and never had a bad experience. The food is fresh, hot and tasty. On this visit we had goats cheese bruschetta, seafood spaghetti, lasagne and garlic bread. Everything was delicious. Food and drinks are excellent value.
