Staff were exceptional Albeit very understaffed. Worked super hard Manager was invisible when issues arose for different guests.

A Warm Welcome in the Highlands

We had a fabulous stay at The Highland Hotel. It overlooks the spa town and steeped in history and Victorian architecture. Our dinner was delicious and the welcome drinks were appreciated. Our room was cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. During our stay we were treated like VIPs by all the staff. It was such a lovely experience
