Hotel deal is fabulous. Only issue that we had was that there was no air conditioning on 7th floor which was very very warm, the hotel provided a fan which was helpful but it should be mandatory in all rooms especially with it being upgraded.

Love staying here housekeeping staff are amazing. Breakfast is always piping hot and dishes are replenished often. Great variety of juices cereals and cooked food..

The hotel seemed to be newly furnished. Smelt of new carpets and spotless rooms. The bathroom was so clean and new! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our bottle of Prosecco in the room.
The breakfast was fabulous - one of the best hot plate breakfasts I've ever had. Plenty of choice. Fresh pastries and coffee that was extremely capable of waking the walking dead. So strong and lovely. I would definitely recommend. Thank you xx

The stay was ok, the room had a dusty toilet cistern ,stains on walls and upholstery. The bed clean and comfortable.
I wasn't happy that I couldn't use cash, so went to a bar over the street. You should have a choice to use cash or card.
