We were only customers apart from 2 others. I would have preferred a one plate meal instead of small plates. We do enjoy tapas but they did not come up to the standard of tapas restaurants we frequent. I suggested to manager maybe quite because of only small plates offered, and was advised it was a cocktail bar so big plates would not suit.
Maybe that’s how you’ve no customers .

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by a friendly barman. He Escorted us to our table and produced our menues. After ordering our small plates were delivered by a lovely young lady who was very attentive. I have to say for what we had the itison voucher was great value. The food was delicious and well presented. The cocktails were amazing and the entertainment was great.
It was a brilliant day and we will be back to taste the rest of the small plates food menu.

What an absolute gem! We visited The Red Herring today and were thoroughly impressed from the moment we walked through the door.
The food was outstanding. I had the Mediterranean soup followed by the haddock and chips, while my husband chose the tamarind chicken and the Sunday roast. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection.
The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The décor and surroundings are stunning, making it a lovely place to sit back and enjoy a meal.
Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent value for money. We left already talking about our next visit. Highly recommend The Red Herring to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in Bridge of Allan

The bar is really pleasant. We really enjoyed the bar food. The staff well all very pleasant and helpful. The music was great and we danced until midnight. Can't think of anything that needs improved on.

We didn't enjoy the food. The menu was limited the starters were small and didn't taste that fresh. The flatbread was larger but we didn't really enjoy them tbh.
However the staff are friendly and helpful.
On another point the place needs a little clean up. The forks and knifes not that clean and glasses from the bar.
