We loved the whole experience!! Absolutely beautiful ambience and really nice vibes cool and elegant with a huge pinch of calmness🥰 the afternoon tea was so incredibly filling with the most amazing foods ❤️ the staff all dressed cool and classic but laid back very helpful and attentive without compromising our chats 🥰 even when we left earlier we have been offered a drink to go because we still had 2 drinks on our voucher 🥰 very polite, very professional and very attentive staff highly praise them all 🥰

The views were 10/10, staff so lovely and helpful, I love how there is halal options but the food in itself felt it was more sweet than savoury and wasn’t very filling. I would say it’s more a snack than an afternoon tea

We booked through Itison as a birthday treat. We use Itison to try a venue for the first time to see if we would have return visits. The inside rooftop area was nice - great views - nice seating area and we enjoyed some time after our afternoon tea sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. We waited 30 minutes for our afternoon tea - people arriving at the same time or after us were served before us. The food was very average - we were glad we had booked using an Itison voucher - would not pay the £27 per person normal price. We won’t return for an afternoon tea at Radisson Red

We were looking forward to our afternoon tea.
The venue is nice, views were great.
The service was lacking. There were plenty of staff around but they weren’t very forthcoming. We got the drinks and food on our voucher. However no one approached again after we received these to see if we wanted any further drinks or to clear the table. The food that was supposed to be hot was lukewarm. The cakes were all a bit of different sponge variations.
The whole experience was a bit flat.

Nice staff. We were shoved in the corner despite there being nice window seats and the afternoon tea was very average. Good to have free parking though but I don't know if I'd rush back.

The food was lovely but the service was terrible. Took ages to get served and we had to keep trying to get staff attention to order drinks. To be honest that took away from the experience which I had bought for my friends birthday.

Very enjoyable afternoon at Radisson Red. The staff were efficient and friendly, everything in the afternoon tea was delicious and it was sunny enough to sit outside on the terrace with the fantastic views.
