Second time here. Had the small plates and cocktails, plenty choices and portions sizes were good.
Staff were exceptional, Eric was lovely.
Altogether great day and would highly recommend.

We used our Itison vouchers last Friday as we were going to a show at the Armadillo. Our timing was great as we arrived just before it was getting dark so had some fabulous views.
The cocktails were lovely. I had booked it quite quickly and hadn’t realised that the offer only applied to the Cosmopolitan and a Sunset Beach or something like that? We had the cosmos and they were really lovely. Would definitely recommend if you are going to a show at the Hydro, made our night a bit more special. I think the next time if the offer is on again I would book the small plate option too! X

The staff were so welcoming. The room was nice and clean and loved the hot chocolate!
The breakfast was lovely, ample to choose from.

This was the second voucher we have purchased for pizzas and drinks at RED.
The restaurant was very cold, not helped
by us being seated near the entrance, with the main door frequently opening and closing.
Service wasn't great. The drinks options weren't explained to us. We had to wait quite a while for the pizzas. They were ok, but we've had better elsewhere.
Don't think we'll be back. Disappointing overall.
Great pizzas, no longer a sharer side!

We've had this deal a few times as it's great value, but be warned about the changes to parking and the starters. Radisson have handed control of the carpark to a private parking company and it now costs £7.50 to park for 2 hours. The deal has also changed whereby they give you a £5 side and not the sharer side that we've had previously when using the Itison voucher, so we had to purchase an extra side. Overall great food, especially the pizzas!
Great food and drinks, let down by slow service and poor seating

Food was cracking and the wife’s cocktail was lovely. I had the beer and it was decent too. But the seating and service let it down. We were put at seats that didn’t suit us at all, despite better tables sitting empty, and there wasn’t much interest in helping us move. Service was slow on top of that. We ended up parked in a corner, and the whole thing just felt a bit off. Good food, slow service, poor seating choice.

Wanted to treat my family to somewhere fancy great vibes at the radisson red. The service wasspot on as its a big thing for enjoying your night,food was brilliant the pizza, sides,drinks were so worth the great price ,got extra for hubby from other menu ,he said curry was so tasty, will definitely tell work ,friends, how great it was .
Misleading voucher re cocktail selection

Staff were lovely. BUT I was VERY disappointed there were only 2 cocktails in the deal. The voucher should state specific cocktails in the offer if there are only two options. Would much prefer instead,a price limit so you can choose from a selection at a certain price. I would not buy this deal again as cocktail preferences are a very personal thing. I might go to Radisson again but I would not buy deal unless improvements made to selection
It was amazing, excellent choice of small plates and they were all a good portion size. Food was very tasty.

Really enjoyed this experience in a lovely atmosphere.
Maybe a little more choice in the coctail selection ( choice of 2) although the cocktail i had was lovely.
