I requested an accessibility room but on arrival I was informed by reception staff that they wouldn't provide me with my requested room and put me up into extremely high floor near the top of the 16 storey hotel!!👎☹️🤷♀️

We always stay here everytime we come to Glasgow for concerts, live shows, eating out, going to the theatre.

Not as expected and a terrible sleep

Check in wasn't done right for 2 nights even though I confirmed 2 nights. The key was locked the second day and then I activated again and cleaners came into the room while I was getting changed. Advice for booking a meal was incorrect. Room was near the stagg elevator and it banged and squeaked all night as there was a function on and hotel guests needed to use it. The view from the room was nice and spa was good. The quality of the sleep was awful

Really enjoyed it. The room was lovely, the food excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Andrew at the bar was very helpful when j left my bank card at the bar. I got it back from reception the next morning

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. We were attending a gig at Kelvingrove Bandstand, so location was ideas. Amazing price for hotel, lunch, parking & breakfast.
Will definitely be back.

I really liked this hotel, we had an amazing room and view of the Clyde. I thought the room was lovely, clean and had a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming at front of house and the concierge. They made our stay a memorable for my milestone birthday and left a little token gesture.
