From the moment we arrived, ordered our cocktails and examined the menu we felt this was a special place that made us feel special! The food was amazing, the staff phenomenal and the ambience was wonderful.

Two of us enjoyed a three course meal in the Commons Club. The team were, prepared for us and were .very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They, kindly, provided options to accommodate my food intolerances.
It was a relaxing dining experience. Thanks to the lovely team.

We used the Itison voucher for dinner. Not disappointed. Good portion sizes and delicious, especially the desserts.
The service and attention from the staff membee was also impeccable.
Keep it up Virgin Commons Club. You are getting everything right

A restaurant in a five starts hotel. Sadly , the food is terrible, a disaster! The Chefs need to be retrained as all what we had seriously lack any excitement. There is very limited cutlery and presentation skills being shown in every dish.
Place is beautiful, staff fantastic very friendly, food is letting it down .

Beautiful surroundings, very comfy seats , toilets immaculate, all round atmosphere great , staff all lovely and friendly, it was the food that if I'm honest not the best , presentation ok , not enough of it and not very hot , had a feeling it had been left a bit before serving it .

It was okay but with so many other places, I probably wouldn't go out my way or recommend it to friends.
