We arrived on a Sunday, and there was a band playing out in the marquee for the end of the Arts/Music week.
Great atmosphere… so we had a few drinks and snack food from the outdoor BBQ.
We walked down to lower largo to stretch our legs after the band and then back up for our booking for dinner. The staff were so friendly, and the food… e, honestly I’ve not had a steak pie with that much steak and amount of gravy in a long time. My partner rated his Sunday roast too, the sticky toffee pudding tasted amazing and we had a cheese board with some wine as well.
Comfortable stay in our hotel room (and nice and clean) and then down to a tasty breakfast. We ordered the night before - and there was so much selection.
Check in and check out was easy - and overall we had a wonderful stay.

All food we had in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfasts were extremely filling and the selection of evening meals were fantastic. Definitely no complaints from my husband and I.

As above. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. Hotel very clean. Took my dog and he was made very welcome . The food was very good and reasonable.

We loved staying at this small hotel of 4 rooms. Our room was facing the front which has a busy road so noisy traffic but with some ear plugs in it was better and still managed to keep the window open for fresh air. Quaint place and the walk through the country lane to Lower Largo was great, with little trip to the Railway Inn! Would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our overnight DBB experience very much. The beach is a short walk away so we enjoyed going there after dinner.
All of the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at No 4 apartment at the Upper Largo Hotel. It was spacious and spotless. Having the restaurant downstairs which served delicious food made our stay perfect as we did not want to cook although the kitchen in the apartment was well equipped. All staff were friendly and helpful. The fish and chips deal on a Friday was good value at £10 and the Saturday deal sirloin steak ,chips with sides plus a bottle of house wine at £55 for two people was excellent!
A perfect location for a wee retreat. Staff were wonderful, accommodation and food great!

The restaurant, menus & waiting staff were very very good indeed. We had absolutely no complaints what so ever. The occasional gripe we overheard had no place here & must have been from very complaining customers & totally unjustified in our opinion. Congratulations to all we encountered. The room was clean, comfortable & reflected very good value for money. Front of house staff training was well executed. Have paid a lot more for much inferior service.
