A real treat. Staff are great. Facilities really good , the spa has been refurbished since our last visit and the outside space is beautiful. The meal in Gecko was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Everything from booking was excellent. We were informed of what to do our treatments and meal booked in for us. The staff were very welcoming, showing us around the spa, where to go and any information we needed given. The treatments were excellent and we felt very relaxed afterwards. The restaurant was great. The staff and food again were excellent. We then just relaxed and enjoyed the rest of the spa facilities.
Not worth the hype

We were really looking forward to visiting Seaham Hall Spa. We heard and read lots of good things about it.
However we were very disappointed with our experience.
The changing rooms and showers are small and dated, a lot of the lockers were not working and the floor was very wet.
The floor around the pool area was very wet and slippery, the chairs are very close to the pool so when people were sitting on the chairs there wasn’t much space to get past. Most of the chairs around the pool are chairs and not beds to relax on.
The hot shower around the pool wasn’t working. There was buttons missing off the showers and the buttons didn’t always work when you pressed them in the steam rooms/ jacuzzi/ whirl pool. The door didn’t close on the salt steam room which meant it wasn’t hot.
We then had food in the restaurant in which we were extremely disappointment with. We got a prawn starter with 3 prawns that were chopped up to make it look more (not the chefs fault, whoever designed the menu)
The staff in the restaurant were very nice and couldn’t be more helpful.

Really enjoyed our visit to Seaham Hall spa. Facilities were good, lovely outdoor space, and fortunate to be there on a quiet evening. Ladies changing room is a bit small for the volume of clients around 5pm. Restaurant and balcony were really nice, food and staff were great 👍

Everything from start to finish was so relaxing. The spa/pool/treatment areas/changing rooms were very clean and tidy.

A shout out to Megan for my amazing massage and to Olivia for my husband’s 1st ever massage to put up with his lack of understanding instructions.
If I was to give a negative then the only thing would be the ceiling in the showers needs attention.
