Nice, but saving is overstated

We enjoyed our meal, but discovered that the claimed saving with Itison is wildly exaggerated.
We were an odd number in the party, so used two vouchers, with the fifth guest eating off the a la carte menu. Three of us ordered Pollo a la Milanese - two off the Itison menu, one a la carte. The a la carte serving was literally twice the size of the Itison servings! We each got one piece of chicken; the a la carte guest had two, of exactly the same size.
So, calculating the voucher saving against the a la carte prices is not appropriate, as we are not getting a la carte servings.

Well received by efficient and friendly staff. Tried a Negroni which was traditional and just what we expected.

Sadly I have to give it only two out of five
The soup was luke warm watery and veg wasn’t almost too big to get in my mouth minestrone this was not. The main course was a chicken escalope with penne in a tomato sauce which lay in a small pool underneath virtually dry penne and the itison menu was limited

Great location, great service, great food, great value. You can't ask for anything more and the staff are so friendly and attentive.
We're already looking forward to our next visit.
