We enjoyed it. The service was excellent. The food was lovely and plentiful. The tour of the beautiful house was interesting and lasted exactly as long as you wanted it to last! Lovely afternoon in stunning surroundings.

Stunning recreation of Mackintosh's work based on plans but not brought into being until after Charles and Margaret's passing. Beautiful building inside and out. Welcoming staff and great afternoon tea.

The whole experience was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was so informative.
The gardens looked beautiful but unfortunately it was too wet to wander around. That gives us a good reason to return.
The gift shop was well stocked with lovely things and reasonably priced as well

It’s is a gorgeous venue, but sadly a wedding was taking place that day and I did not realise that meant a lot of areas were not accessible. If you are planning to visit, I recommend you check the website for events.

This is a truly unique venue for a cafe. The food is tasty, well presented and fresh. There is the added bonus of a lovely, thoughtfully stocked gift shop as well as a tour of a house for an art lover available. To be recommended.

The afternoon was lovely. Well presented and a good range of sweet treats! The macrons in particular were so tasty! Service was a bit slow and we had to ask for more tea three times before they brought it over. Shop is nice with some lovely gifts.
