Limited menu for Itisoners despite small print on voucher stating we could choose from main menu.

Staff quickly swapped our menu when they realised we were Itisoners and were very reluctant to change when we pointed out the small print that stated we were entitled to choose from full menu.
They made us feel uncomfortable.

Very warm welcome from staff. Went over and above to accommodate us especially as my husband has mobility issues. The Sunday roast was a bit disappointing though. Beef and roast potatoes were amazing. Rest of the veg underdone and Yorkshire Pudding dry.

Booked a table for 7.30 when we arrived the place was completely empty! Two members of staff were very pleasant and efficient and the food was good but it was grim being in there alone. Noone came in while we there. The bar/restaurant next door was very busy.

Red Herring is such a lovely restaurant with lovely staff. We thoroughly enjoyed or Sunday lunches. We were served quickly and efficiently. Food was hot, tasty and plentiful. Toilets were clean too 👌
