We had booked in for the contrast therapy and it was really lovely, the infrared sauna is great, and we braved the iced bath for an embarrassing amount of time 😂 the staff member on was so lovely, friendly, and helpful.
A bit bracing but rejuvenating!

This was a new experience for us. Jay was really friendly and good at explaining and reassuring us about the therapy and its benefits. The place was really clean with nice decor. All in all a great experience.
Can’t think of anything that could be improved.
