We arrived outside Hotel to find large stairs. Receptionist took us through Garage Door then up in lift as my wife has a Walking Trolley and cannot do stairs. Tables for Afternoon Teas were set up in area with one step. They quickly set up table at ground level and given our Tea and Coffee while we waited for the food. There was 8 fully filled large sandwiches two scones and about 8 cakes. My wife quickly ate two sandwiches then a scone and one cake. I had 6 sandwiches which were lovely but filling. We got my scone and all the rest of the cakes wrapped up in tin foil in a little carry bag. Also got more Tea and Coffee. Will certainly be back All Staff so helpful

The afternoon tea was lovely with plenty of choice and it was no problem for them to cater for a vegetarian and a vegan in our party.
Staff were really friendly and attentive.

Beautiful hotel. Very cosy and welcoming. Staff were attentive and efficient. Everyone was very happy ans asked me to consider booking it again for the next get together.

Had a lovely afternoon tea , we were seated in a corner in the dining room but asked to move to the bright airy bar area which was no problem , lovely fresh sandwiches with super cakes and scones . We both had a latte along with our gin and tonics . First time here , will definitely recommend.

Bit disappointed as on arrival no one was there to see us so had to go to reception to let them know
The actual afternoon tea was good - decent choice of sandwiches and cakes and plenty of coffee and tea
