From start to finish worst hotel and staff ever.
Few days before arrival offered an upgrade at a reduced price.
Arrived no upgrade.
Stayed with a deal prossecco in room.
No prossecco
Went to reception spoke to manager.
Take it up with 3rd party you booked through not us
On upgrade was told would be refunded.
Still waiting.
Lastly told cant be all that bad your,still here.
Not much you can do late on a Saturday.
Worst hotel experience EVER.
