I had my friend over from Australia and we all loved it . The waters are lovely, the meal beautiful and the masseuse was amazing, mine was Samantha . The overall feel of your spa is pure luxury, from walking through the doors until leaving. We will return. My 3rd 4th visit to date 👏👏👏👏😀

Fantastic service from time of booking up until we left the hotel. All staff were very professional, polite and helpful. It is a brilliant facility and location. The amenities are really good after the refurbishment. Lunch was super as was the service and to top it all off the treatment was perfect too. Would highly recommend this and will definitely be going again!

We had an amazing day. The spa is beautiful and our massage just topped our morning. We had a beautiful lunch with a glass of Prosecco. An amazing start to it 2nd anniversary wk end. Thank you. I hope to return soon

All staff from checkin to the therapist were polite, kind and professional. The facilities were spotless and kept topped up. Dyson appliances in the changing rooms. Fluffy towels and robes. The spa shoes are a bit clumsy, better to bring your own. Cotton buds and cotton face pads, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand/body cream all supplied (geranium fragrance). The spacious massage room had a large comfy bed, comfy blankets. The room was warm. Back supported by clever use of towels. The massage felt like a choreographed ritual. You know it’s good when you dose off. There is a male therapist on offer too if you prefer. The spa lunch was light so not heavy on the stomach. There was a bright pool with beds and a cafe style seating area surrounding. Through a door was the various jacuzzi’s/jets, sauna, steam, ice and cold plunge. Everything and everyone making the experience feel luxurious and calm. Thoroughly enjoyed our day.
