The hotel and location are spectacular. The roof top bar is amazing with fabulous views .
The breakfast experience was far from satisfactory. The service was poor and slow. Staff did not explain the way breakfast worked as there was no buffet at all , you ordered from a very small menu and it wasn’t good . We thought we were being ignored as we were using an itison voucher. A disappointing experience from a 5 star hotel . There was also a problem with our room door not shutting properly so therefore it didn’t lock .
Great experience at Rusacks cannot fault any part of our stay

Beautiful room and hotel lift wasn’t working so had two flights of stairs to climb a task for two 80 year old Food was overly and breakfast service was excelleny

Rusacks was delightful , on arrival we received an upgrade . The room was large , clean , bed was comfortable. The outlook from a lovely bay window was facing onto the Old Course , we had a birds eye view of the 18th hole . The beach at west sands stretched beyond . It most definitely was a room with a view .
The quality and choice in the Bridge Restaurant, breakfast and evening meal was excellent, staff were helpful and friendly . We had a most enjoyable stay .

The hotel was lovely we had a lovely room over looking the golf course and the beach . The room was beautiful with the it is on voucher it was great value for money. If you are doing the offer for the Rusacks again let me knows I buy it again.

We had a wonderful time, with a fantastic room overlooking the 18th.
Room was spotless and the food was first class with the breakfast being a real highlight.

Accommodation, staff and food were excellent. Had a room overlooking the 18th tee and the west sands - wonderful. Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to assist us.
