This is our 3rd visit to the Boat Inn and it didn't disappoint. The Itison deal is excellent value for money and the option to upgrade to a luxury room just added to our experience.
Our room was beautifully presented and so cosy we didn't need to venture outside on our first night. We just snuggled in, enjoyed the freestanding bath in the room and relaxed.
Breakfast in the restaurant is always good, a nice choice with good quality ingredients. We also had dinner and that did not disappoint either.... the sticky toffee pudding was delicious.
The location of the Boat Inn is our favourite thing about staying here. You can go on walks straight from your door step or drive a little further to walk amongst the hills and lochs nearby. It is always great to return to a drink in the cosy bar after a day in the fresh air!
Friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable room and very clean. What's not to like.

Our experience at The Boat Inn was tremendous. Staff were friendly and approachable. The accommodation was quirky and cozy and comfortable. The food was lovely and loved the layout of the bar and dining room. Well done Team Boat Inn .. we'll be back !

We paid for an upgraded room which was well worth the money. As always, it was really comfortable, food was delicious and service was very good.
