We arrived at the hotel late afternoon. Hotel reception (Angle) was very friendly and efficient. The room we were given was a standard room. The room was very nice and clean. The only thing I would say is if you re a big person you will have difficulty with the shower as it is very small. The food was really good both the breakfast and the evening meal. A special mention to the chef for his curry chicken it was excellent. The quantity of food dished up is really good you will not be hungry once you have finished your meal. The bar is good and it has a great open fire. Do not sit to close to it as the heat from it is fierce.

Lovely stay - the food was excellent. Only thing that was disappointing was the extra costs for bigger room and 2 small dogs (£85)

This was a lovely hotel with typical Highland hospitality. Only drawback was that their kindness extended to changing my room to the annex - as I am partially blind and found it difficult to close my stairs. Our stay coincided with the 6 am arrival of the refuse truck to collect a massive amount of broken glassware and bottles outside our room. Not the most relaxing awakening I have experienced!
