Although my brother didn't make the appointment (he was hungover) we didn't manage to use the voucher. Diane was extremely helpful and understanding and checked in on us.

I had a lovely morning, used hydro pool on spa before treats, great having a robe to save you having to get fully dressed before going for treatments. Staff were all lovely, very friendly and welcoming, will definitely be back.🙂

Christine was my therapist who asked my preference for treatment and how intense to make the massage.
I had a trapped nerve which she managed to relieve through massage.
I felt a great relief from the treatment and enjoyed our conversation.

This was a return visit for me. The girls are fantastic and they all made me feel so welcomed. Nothing is rushed and they very much make your experience relaxing and at your pace. I had made some suggestions on my first visit to the spa and on my return, what I had suggested was all put into place. I absolutely recommend this for anyone who wants a relaxing, chilled out day away from the hustle and stresses of life. Thanks girls I look forward to my next visit.

I booked this experience on the same day I wanted to go, and the process was smooth and easy. My muscles were quite tense, and I received a great full-body massage that really helped me to relax. The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was quiet and not as crowded as I expected. The location is a bit away from the city centre, but the bus connections are good, so I was able to reach the place on time. The massage and facilities were worth the price. After the treatment, I also enjoyed the sauna rooms and had a swim in the pool. Even next day my skin was glowing! Thank you for the given service!

I had an amazing day at the spa, Jade was excellent, she is an amazing and provided an excellent, relaxing massage. The only recommendation I have is it would be beneficial to provide the time that you can spend in the spa before you have your treatment/s. Apat from that I have an excellent afternoon, very friendly team at Beauty Spot Spa. Thanks
