Lovely hotel shame about getting payment taken off twice

Hotel nice. At checkinn had to get my card verifyed even though room paid in full. On leaving when I got home had a payment of £113.99 pending to come off my account and the next day had a payment of £114 off my account plus the pending payment. Phoned 3 times and got no where my bank today had to cancel the pending payment a week later

We had a lovely time at the Holiday Inn Express Dundee. We appreciated the late check out and the room was so quiet.

It waa as expected really.Room looked onto rear car park with groups of youths gathering there and drinking and shouting on both dsys!

It was a brilliant few days break.
The hotel was 1st class, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We did not have a great view from our room as there was scaffolding outside our room.
There were no reading lights above our beds which we found difficult.
Otherwise everything else was good. Staff polite, helpful and all very chatty which we both loved. A lovely stay.
