It was a lovely afternoon tea, and wasn't a problem getting a gluten free option.

Being an avid "afternoon tea lady" there a few improvements that could be put in place. Our tea was delivered first, then our mocktails. It took quite a while for our food too arrive and by that time our tea was getting cool. No member of staff came to the table to ask if we needed anything or even ask if it was all OK. Customer care needs a tweak!

Poor service. Went for Afternoon Tea. Not offered milk, sugar, teaspoon, had to find someone to ask for this. Very disappointed indeed.
