Such a brilliant experience from start to finish. The contrast therapy is amazing — the infrared sauna gets you lovely and warm before taking the plunge, and that cold water definitely wakes you up! 😂🥶
The whole place is beautiful, relaxing and really well thought out. You leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and like you’ve actually done something good for yourself. The staff are lovely too and make you feel completely at ease.
I’ll definitely be back — Thrill of the Chill, no wetsuit required! 🤣🥶🖤
