Hotel is lovely and has plenty of parking.
Good choice on special Itison menu
Very tasty starters, big portions and large portions on main course. Staff friendly and helpful although service wss a bit slow but overall enjoyed visit and lunch was excellent value for money.
I reckon because we had voucher food was second class.

Food frozen nothing fresh. Even lemon was solid couldn’t put fork in to get any juice! Nobody asked if all was ok.

The itison lunch experience at the Double Tree by Hilton was delicious. The staff were very good and attentive. I would highly recommend this 5* experience.

The large windows looking over the Forth makes the restaurant feel light and airy. Staff were able to navigate what could have easily been an issue re the main course being delayed, without our having to complain. Perhaps there were too few staff on the day we attended. The service was otherwise excellent and good attention without being constantly hovering. Everyone enjoyed the food
