Terrible customer service

I had trouble with the voucher from start to end. Firstly, I emailed the contact email address given on the voucher as instructed to book my activity however after a week I had received no response. So I emailed again politely asking if they had received my email however again no response. After another week or so I requested a refund from Itison. They said they had requested that the organiser contact me, which they did. I received an email with a phone number to call and book.
The day of the activity arrived and I drove over an hour to the location. There was poor sign posting and it was a very rural area. There was a sign directing us which led to a dead end/closed gate. I called the contact number a few times and sent a text asking for instructions however no response. After waiting half an hour we left. Later I received a phone call from the organiser who was extremely hostile from the start of the call. I explained that we couldn’t find our way to the correct location. To which he replied, “why didn’t you follow the online instructions like everyone else? Well you have missed your appointment.” He then hung up on me.
I was left very disappointed and upset. I would not recommend this activity.
Surprisingly good fun, and good banter with the instructor Craig!!

What a great way to spend family time, we had the best Sunday morning at the clays. First time shooting for some of the family. Craig was brilliant and explained everything well.
We enjoyed the session and will definitely book again. May even become a monthly thing.
Had a fantastic day !! Will definitely be returning

Great experience for an absolute beginner!

Very easy to redeem voucher with this company. Clear instructions issued to get to the venue as they had said “google maps” were not reliable. Instructor was excellent - health and safety rules covered, helpful hints to help with hitting the target, friendly and humorous - an overall great experience. Thank you

What a fantastic experience. Craig is clearly passionate about his sport and loves participating in it. But more importantly he wants his clients to enjoy it as well, and goes out of his way to be informative and encouraging. Highly recommended!
