Excellent experience. Friendly service and we all really enjoyed our food. No room for desserts! I had to call the restaurant to advise that we would be about 30 mins late due to traffic and this was not a problem.

The food cannot be faulted. It was really lovely. However, there are 10 meals from the set menu that have an additional supplement and 6 starters that have an additional supplement. So what seems like a great deal really isn't. There is also a service charge on to the bill too.
Our bill was an additional £24 on top of the voucher we bought (2 glasses of wine, a meal supplement for a small piece of chicken, and a service charge). We put £30 down and waited for some time for our change and then a young waiter came and asked us "did we want our change"? I thought this was really rude considering a service charge had already been added.
Overall the food was great and the service was OK, but really not a great itison deal.

Have visited before, many years ago. But had lunch yesterday, the whole experience was superb from the minute you walk through the door, food, ambience excellent.
