Water recovery circuits demand flawless hygiene, and Edinburgh Salt Rooms delivers impeccably. The dedicated contrast suite is sanitized continuously, with pristine changing areas, fresh towels, and crystal-clear water in the cold plunge. The private suite was arranged thoughtfully so you can transition seamlessly from the soothing heat of the sauna straight into the cold plunge without feeling exposed or rushed. The shower room was well appointed and had all the essentials to return to the world after your session. Combined with professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful customer service it was a great experience thank you 😊.

Spent a few hours with my daughter enjoying the sauna and ice plunge pool followed by the massage chair.
Its great to have the rooms to yourselves. We were able to play our music and really enjoy the down time away from busy life.

We both enjoyed the experience, it was actually warmer than expected and the cold pool colder (even though it was not ice bath it was cold enough at 6 degrees ! )

Was a really cold rainy day we were early . Receptionist couldn’t be more understanding and friendly. She let us in early this is my second visit through Itison . So thank you .

Was not sure what to expect gad no need to worry . We saw a short video to let us see what to expect Then shown foot and head ware . Once in salt room was amazing . So much I am just going to buy another deal for 2 . For my friend and her husband for Christmas.
