The spa thermal suite is only a sauna with limited beds and space at the side of the pool. The 25 minute treatment lasted 16 minutes! I don’t think the products had time to be absorbed into my skin very disappointed. The afternoon tea however was fantastic.
Poor, no steam room, felt rushed. Hands on treatment time 17 mins, very disappointing

The hot stone massage was extremely disappointing and very short.

The hot stone massage was extremely disappointing. It was very short, much shorter than the 25 minutes hands on stated on the voucher, and not much massaging with the stones. Therapist kept going over to get stones which meant very little massaging being done, and even though I had requested firm pressure, it really wasn't.
