Really poor service from staff

Upon arrival we waited for 10 minutes for someone to come over to our table. We then had to wait a further 10 for the correct menus and drinks to be ordered. We weren’t asked at any point if we would like any more drinks, we had to continually try find a member of staff and one of our food items were missing which we had to wait on after finishing the rest of the meal. Won’t be back.

The separate Itison food menu for the £10 deal was very limited compared to the £14.95 menu available in the restaurant for the similar deal. I think that should I were to return I would definitely just go for the bigger choice on the restaurant menu for sure or even the a la carte choices. Service was quick and food tasty. It was a nice opportunity to try the venue. Very enjoyable.
WOULD VISIT AGAIN
