Food was mediocre. What made it a pleasant afternoon was the additional Prosecco we purchased and the company we were in.

This is our 4th visit to Norwood for afternoon tea and although the food was tasty there has been a reduction in the quantity of food provided.
The setting is lovely and staff very attentive.

Room lovely and big, beautiful old building lovely surroundings, breakfast cooked to order. Staff good but what let it down was the noise. Even though it was a Wednesday there was a wedding with a disco that didn't finish until midnight and we had been allocated a room very near the function room. Asked to be moved which we did but as it was in the same area we could still hear the noise only it was a bit more bearable. Had to keep the window shut despite the heat.

Norwood produces the best afternoon tea by far! The entire selection of sandwiches scones and cakes is far superior to other offers on itison. Staff are also friendly & helpful. Thank you
