• Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jun until Sat 27 Sep 2025, Wed - Fri at 11am & 1pm and Sat at 10am, 11am & 12noon; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Tue and matchdays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Please note, only one code can be redeemed per transaction. Additional bookings cannot be made in the same transaction.
• A ticketing account is needed to book.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Child tickets valid for under 16s. 
• Duration approx. 60 - 90mins.
• Max of 20 people per tour. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
