Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun until Mon 31 Aug 2026, 7 days from approx. 10am - 6pm; subject to availability; opening hours are subject to seasonal change.
• Online bookings only. Max 1 voucher per transaction. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked vouchers are non-refundable. Dates may be changed; subject to availability. 
• Admission is subject to Terms of Admission.
• Valid for 1 family pass; admits either 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Children are classed as ages 0-14yrs. Adults are classed as 15+.
• Suitable for all ages. All children under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult. Max 2 children under 8yrs per adult in the water.
• Height restrictions apply.
• Tickets are valid for 3 hours access to the waterpark; subject to park closing times. Additional swim time is charged at standard rates.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
• Outside food & drink not permitted.
• Spa access not included.
• Pool area fully accessible; useful information.
• Pay & display parking available.
• Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer discounted admission.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. Damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, valid for resale or valid with any other offers.
