• Voucher is valid from Sat 10 Jan 2026 until Sun 19 Apr 2026, Tue, Thu, Sat & Sun at 12noon; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon, Wed & Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Child tickets are valid for under 16s. Under 1s are free of charge.
• Family ticket valid for 2 adults and 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children.
• Duration approx. 1-2hrs.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
