- Voucher is valid from Sun 28 Jun until Thu 1 Oct 2026, Tue, Thu & Sun at 12noon; subject to availability.
- Excludes Mon, Wed & Fri-Sat.
- Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Child tickets are valid for under 16s. Under 1s are free of charge.
- Family ticket valid for 2 adults and 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children.
- Duration approx. 1-2hrs.
- Wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

Great experience, beautiful dogs & kids would have sat all day brushing them, they didn’t want to leave.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience for kids and adults. Kids fell in love with the dogs & wanted to adopt a dog each! Found the information on Wattie’s trips to Alaska very interesting, maybe a bit long for the kids though. Having something interactive for them to do during the video might be an idea, maybe just spot the …. from the video they have to tick off when they see it.
