• Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Jan 2025 until Sat 22 Mar 2025, Sat only; subject to availability. 
• Timeslots are available every 15mins from 12.30pm - 2.15pm.
• Excludes Sun - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers / 8 people per table.
• Includes an unlimited afternoon tea buffet from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco or seasonal cocktail each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
