Small print

• Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Jun 2025, Mon - Fri 3pm - 8:30pm, Sat 9:30am - 4:30pm, Sun 9:30am - 3:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. All participants must complete a waiver ahead of the session, provided upon booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 9+. Under 16s must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
• Duration approx. 30mins OR 60mins.
• Option 1: Max of 6 people per session. Please note you will be with other players.
• Option 2: Max 12 people per session. Please note that games can host up to 6 players at a time.
• Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move around in and sensible footwear.
• Users with certain health conditions or those who are pregnant are advised to consult with a medical professional before engaging in VR activities.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
