Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jun until Fri 30 Oct 2026, Tue - Thu & Sun 4pm - 8pm, Fri 4pm - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon, Sat & 21 Jun 2026.
• Phone bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 23 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Max of 1 voucher per table. Table required back after 90 mins.
• Valid on food from the main menu; subject to change. Not valid on drinks.
• Cannot be used in combination with any other offers. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
