• Afternoon tea options: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Leisure access option: Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Oct 2025 until Sun 29 Mar 2026, Sat - Sun; subject to availability.  Afternoon tea can be taken 12noon - 5pm, leisure access is available 8am - 6pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• All vouchers exclude 31 Oct, 24-26, 31 Dec 2025, 1 Jan, 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Option 3: Includes a day pass for access to the leisure facilities.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
