• Voucher is valid from Wed 24 Sep until Sat 20 Dec 2025, Wed - Sun at 10am, 2pm, 4pm or 6pm; subject to availability. Timings may vary, please call or email in advance to check availability.
• Excludes Mon - Tue. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• Please arrive 10 mins prior to your start time as sessions start promptly.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 2s are free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 8 people per experience. Private groups of 9 - 14 people may be accommodated, subject to availability; please discuss directly.
• Please wear suitable footwear for uneven and potentially muddy ground and clothing you don't mind getting dirty.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
