Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May until Sat 31 Oct 2026, Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• One voucher is valid for one valet for one car.
• Mini valet duration: approx. 30 - 40 mins.
• Full valet duration: approx. 60 mins depending on car size; please note option 2 does not include external polish.
• Upgrade for a supplementary charge of £20 to include seats, boots and carpet shampooed; please discuss with and pay directly to Discovery Car Wash.
• Please note owners may be charged a supplementary £10 for any jobs expected to take more than 1.5 hours due to excessive dirtiness; in some cases bookings may be unable to go ahead, subject to availability. Please discuss directly with Discovery Car Wash before car is valeted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
