From Susan who welcomed us on arrival, great first impression, to the cheery housekeeping staff, the delightful barman who introduced me to a new version of my cocktail of choice, Bloody Mary, and the fabulous Whiteside band that played in the Coach House. the night we were there... we had a fantastic time... The hotel was buzzing and everyone was in the festive spirit... loved it.
