• Voucher is valid from Sat 7 Feb 2026 until Sun 14 Jun 2026, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Cruises depart at 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1:15pm, 2:15pm, 3:15pm and 4:15pm. Duration: 45mins. Also valid on 60min sailing departing at 1pm.
• Afternoon tea is served 11:30am - 4pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Under 16s afternoon tea package available at a supplementary charge of £14 for children's menu plus 1 hour sailing; please discuss and book directly with Loch Katrine. Under 5s ticket is £5 and can be purchased directly from Loch Katrine.
• Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £2 per dog.
• Includes afternoon tea, taken after sailing, in the Steamship Cafe between 11:30am - 4pm, or at the Katrine Gift Shop Cafe at the Trossachs Pier. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Tables required back after 1hr 30mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Sailings are weather dependent.
• Meeting point for sailing: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling FK17 8HZ. Please note, using Sat Nav can sometimes be problematic as the device can take you to the wrong end of the loch, or to the nearby Loch Achray Hotel. • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
