We had a wonderful visit to the Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel on 27th August, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish.
The hotel is beautiful, with a real sense of luxury but still feeling warm and welcoming. What really stood out for us, though, was the exceptional service and the little touches that make you feel genuinely looked after.
A special mention has to go to David, who was absolutely lovely. He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. His genuine warmth and professionalism really made our visit extra special.
It’s people like David who make you want to come back, and Susan and I both left saying we would definitely like to return and book another visit.
Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable — and especially to David for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
