- £50 per room supplement for Fri & Sat nights - payable to hotel.
- Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
- Spa opening times: Mon-Fri 7am-10pm, Sat-Sun 7am-9pm.
Room upgrades available at additional cost - please discuss directly with hotel. - Children can only be accommodated in the Deluxe rooms which require a £60 per room supplement plus £30 per child supplement - arrange with and pay directly to hotel.
Children under 5 years old sleep for free. - Pets are not permitted.
Metered street parking is available at front of hotel.
One voucher per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights stay. Your stay can be extended at an additional cost, please discuss directly with hotel. - Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
