- Spa opening times: Mon-Fri 7am-10pm, Sat-Sun 7am-9pm.
Room upgrades available at additional cost - please discuss directly with hotel. - Children can only be accommodated in the Deluxe rooms which require a £60 per room supplement plus £30 per child supplement - arrange with and pay directly to hotel.
Children under 5 years old sleep for free. - Pets are not permitted.
Metered street parking is available at front of hotel.
One voucher per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights stay. Your stay can be extended at an additional cost, please discuss directly with hotel. - Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay.

Really amazing spa

The spa experience was so good. The spa was clean, in good repair and had rooms that no other spa has. Two hours was a perfect amount of time. The only thing that was not good was that we were supposed to have "fizz" but we didn't get that.

Beautiful setting with the Spa recently having a refurbishment. The facility is excellent very clean and lovely staff. It was great value and the glass of Prosecco finished the visit off.
