• Voucher is valid from Mon 18 May until Mon 31 Aug 2026; Mon - Sat 10am - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. If applicable 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Massage treatments: Treatment is not suitable during first trimester of pregnancy. Pregnancy massage treatments are offered for those 14+ weeks pregnant and not considered high risk.
• All other treatments: Treatment is not suitable during breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers, those with DVT, severe heart conditions, certain skin conditions or following major surgery.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Full medical consultation will be carried out prior to treatment
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins (1x 15 min treatment, choice of brow wax & tint, lash tint, express facial or back, neck & shoulder massage; 1x 60 min treatment, choice of full body massage or bespoke facial; 1x 15 min treatment, choice of Indian head massage or foot spa & mask. Brow wax & tint and lash tint: A patch test is required at least 48hrs prior to treatment.
• Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
