• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun until Sat 31 Oct 2026, Wed - Fri 12noon - 2.30pm & 5pm - 6.30pm, Sat - Sun 12noon - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Tue & 21 Jun, 3, 18 Jul & 5 Sep 2026.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Max 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.
• Tables are required back after 90mins.
• Voucher spend is valid on the all day menu only; menu is subject to change. 
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any internal offers, promotions, events, large group bookings or set menus.
• Voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options are available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
