This was a wonderful offer from Itison.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this has been one of the best hotels and experience for myself my husband and our friends.
Cristal on reception gave us such a welcome. As we had a car there was someone waiting to help us park, unload and taken to the reception area. We were offered a drink while our rooms were made ready.
When we reached our rooms the luggage was waiting for us. The rooms were amazing! Our friends had an upgrade with sea view which was stunning. The complimentary drinks and snacks and coffee/tea were some of the best choices I’ve ever known! Everything was replenished! The breakfasts were wonderful. Made to order. So cheerfully served by the staff and nothing was a bother. Lovely young lady with long blonde hair and young man with fair hair, were so lovely.
I needed mats for inside the shower as my husband needed this. Again it was promptly delivered to the room. I cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough. The friendliness, service and accommodation were exemplary. We look forward to being able to return again.This was my first visit to Seaton House with my husband and 2 friends. I booked 2 rooms via Itison. I had a bit of trouble booking both rooms so called the hotel. Without any hesitation they called itison and sorted it. This was a gift to my friends as one had turned 70.
I can only give praise for everything about this hotel. Beautiful situation and stunning rooms and service. Thank you to all who made our stay so enjoyable. One we will always recall and recommend.
