Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 16 Jan 2026 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, 7 days, 12noon-5pm; subject to availability. 
• Afternoon tea served 12noon - 3pm. Leisure access available 10am - 6pm; last entry 5pm.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required per person for Sat and Sun bookings; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant when booking.
• Includes 2 hours spa access.
• Robe and slipper hire available for a supplementary charge of £6pp; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted. Children can be added to the booking for a supplement of £10 per child; payable directly.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
